TALLER LEGISLACIÓN
MEDIOAMBIENTAL
En el marco del
desarrollo del Programa, se encuadra, entre otras actividades el desarrollo de
un taller sobre legislación medioambiental.
Este Taller se
desarrolla en el Módulo de Respeto los viernes en horario de 11.30 a 13.00 horas. Es
impartido por la
Subdirectora de Tratamiento (Elvira Fernández) y por una de
las Juristas del Centro Penitenciario (Marta Jiménez).
El objetivo de esta
actividad es propiciar un acercamiento del interno a la siempre complicada cuestión
del derecho medioambiental.
Con las
tres últimas sesiones se trata de afianzar y aplicar los conceptos que se han
ido impartiendo durante todo el taller.
Sesión 6ª
Se visualiza la película basada en hechos
reales “Erin Brokovich” para posteriormente debatir sobre los aspectos más
importantes y sacar conclusiones en relación a la importancia del
funcionamiento de la justicia en materia de protección medioambiental.
Sesión 7ª
Mediante la utilización de conceptos básicos,
se propicia un acercamiento de los internos al funcionamiento del sistema
judicial español en materia de medio ambiente.
Sesión 8ª
Se facilita a los alumnos información sobre el
desastre ecológico acaecido en Doñana.
Se dan a conocer los hechos, así como la
repercusión judicial del caso.
Se debate sobre ello
Sesión 9ª
Conclusión del Programa. Se finaliza con una
visión global de todo el contenido del taller, recordando los aspectos más
importantes de la problemática de la legislación medioambiental.
ENVIRONMENTAL LAW WORKSHOP
As part of the development of the program, a
workshop on environmental legislation is developing.
This workshop takes place in the module of Respect
on Fridays from 11.30 to 13.00.
It is given by the Assistant Director of
Treatment (Elvira Fernandez) and one of the Jurists of the Prison (Marta
Jiménez).
The objective of this activity is to provide to
the inmate an approach to the always tricky question of environmental law.
With the last three sessions, we seek to
consolidate and apply the concepts that have been giving throughout the
workshop.
6th Session
The film based on a true story "Erin
Brockovich" is projected. Then there is a debate about the most important
aspects and draw conclusions regarding the importance of the administration of
justice in environmental protection.
7th Session
Using basic concepts, an approach to the functioning
of the Spanish judicial system in relation to the environment.
8th Session
It provides trainees with information about the
ecological disaster in Doñana.
We study the facts and the legal implications
of the case.
A debate was organized later.
9th Session
Conclusion of the Program. The workshop ends
with an overview of the content, remembering the most important aspects of the
problem of environmental legislation.
